Warcraft gaming mouse driver

Here's hoping guys. I have been using this mouse for years and it's made the game leaps and bounds more enjoyable. I found this from an older EU thread. Hope this works. This is not good. I posted this in a smaller thread earlier - it seems to be an issue with WOW not understanding keystrokes coming from the mouse correctly anymore - I have a Gs mouse with all drivers up to date.

I am seeing the same issue with WOW not reading the keystroke inputs from the mouse correctly. It is affecting my Logitech G13 gameboard also. For example - a G13 button that is set to send the keystroke of "1" used to work fine and looks like it still does outside of WOW but is now being read as "3" by WOW.

It looks like it is affecting all of the keystrokes. It was choosing some random profile of key mappings instead of my WOW mappings. SteerMouse has a limited trail period I believe for about 1 month , and USB Overdrive has that incredibly annoying 10 second count-down window any time you open the application as seen above.

Whether or not these applications is worth it is debatable as everyone has different needs and preferences. I need ultra smooth and sharp precision because I use my mouse primarily to do graphics and illustration, I also game from time to time, so it definitely helps out in that perspective. Hopefully you found this article somewhat helpful in your quest for perfect pin-point mouse precision.

Fortunately, there are 3rd party software that will help take care of things, but they come with an annoying and arguably unnecessary price tag.
